On September 25th, 2021, NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) will be hosting a NAMIWalks event, where anyone can join to support mental health initiatives and spread awareness for mental health disorders. Volunteers will be able to participate virtually by walking a 5k at a place of their choice, connecting virtually with people at the event. You can also fundraise or do self-care-related activities, as well as work to promote mental health awareness. The event will livestream at 10:00 am on YouTube, Facebook, and on the NAMIWalks website.
